Bespoke Luxury Games Tables

Three forms. One standard. Bruno Boulay's luxury games tables are conceived as furniture first, with handmade pool tables, shuffleboard and bar billiards designed to sit naturally within exceptional homes.

Every Bruno Boulay games table is individually commissioned and handmade in Berkshire. Proportion, timber, finish, cloth and detailing can all be considered around the architecture and interior of the room in which it will live.

The Philosophy

Furniture First. Games Second.

A games table can dominate a room. The challenge is making sure it deserves to.

Bruno approaches each table as a piece of furniture rather than simply as games equipment. Proportion, balance, timber selection, joinery and finish are considered alongside the playing experience.

The result is a piece designed to belong within its surroundings, whether that is a contemporary games room, traditional country house, library, family room or private entertaining space.

When the game finishes, the furniture remains.

Bespoke by Nature

Made Around Your Interior

No two rooms are quite the same, and neither should the tables within them be.

A commission can begin with the architecture of the room, existing furniture, interior palette or simply an idea. Dimensions, materials and finishes are developed around both the space and the way the table will be used.

Proportion & Scale

Designed around the dimensions, architecture and balance of the room.

Timber & Finish

American Black Walnut, European Oak and individually selected finishes.

Cloth & Playing Surface

Colours and specifications considered around performance and the wider interior palette.

Details

Leather, brass, bronze and individual cabinet-making details available by commission.

Every table begins with a conversation. From there, Bruno develops the proportions, materials and details before selecting the timber and beginning the cabinet making in his Berkshire workshop.

The finished table is delivered and installed in its intended room, with ongoing aftercare available as the piece settles into a lifetime of use.

The Workshop

Made in Berkshire

Each Bruno Boulay games table is handmade in Berkshire by French cabinet maker Bruno Boulay.

Timber is selected for character rather than simply specification. Components are made, fitted and finished by hand, allowing the grain, proportions and details of each piece to develop as part of the commission.

It is a slower way of making furniture. Deliberately so.

Begin a Commission

Whether you have a particular table in mind or are simply considering what might work within your space, the process begins with a conversation.

Share the room, the architecture and how you imagine using it. Bruno can then explore what might be possible.
